Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Lantz family

We hope that this past year has been as good to you as it has to us. This year marked our 5-year wedding anniversary, and a lot has happened over the past 12 months. We have seen the kids grow, sold our house in American Fork, went on a month-long trip to Las Vegas and California, moved into a new house, and seen the kids grow some more. And, we even got a little work done, too!

Brandon turned 2 in February and has been right at Emily's heels all year. He's nearly as tall as her and talks just as much. He's all little boy, too. He loves to watch BYU Football with Grandpa and Dad. Any ball is his favorite as long as he can throw it. He also loves drawing and coloring pictures. "Hide and seek" has become a favorite game, especially the counting part.

Emily just turned 4 and became a little princess (no, really - check the website). She loves to practice reading and writing the letters, and learning new things. Her favorite thing to play is pretend... pretend anything. She'll be the "mom" you can be the "little kid" then your off to the store or going for a drive in the car. Mostly she is just a little jabber box. She has many comments and questions about everything and anything.

We enjoyed spending time with the Dastrup Family during the family reunion this year. Cousins are so much fun to play with - especially if there are hoola-hoops, water, and birds to fly with. And, it's been great having Mike's parents just on the other side of town now, since they moved from California last year. We get to see them often and the kids really enjoy spending time with them.

The highlight of our year was our trip to Las Vegas and California. We had such a fun time seeing Grandma and Grandpa Dastrup and playing with the Messinas for 10 days, then we were off to California and Disneyland. We saw Mickey, Minnie, and well just about everyone except Donald. But the rides were definitely the best. Emily went on all the roller-coasters she was tall enough for, and she really loved them. We have a great picture of her and Mike on "Space Mountain". While in California we tried to see all the sites. We went to Disneyland, California Adventure, Sea World, Universal Studios, the San Diego Zoo, and, of course, the beach. Shamu was definitely a favorite!

Then we came home to a new house with all new friends to make. It has been fun to get to know our neighbors.

May your Holidays be merry and bright as we near the end of 2006. We wish you all the best as we enter into the New Year.
Love,
The Lantz Family

Merry Chirstmas

I can't believe it is Christmas again! The years go by so quickly now, it seems.

This year Michael and Lexie have kept busy enjoying family time, and sharing better health with many through MonaVie. Michael's family moved into the neighboring City. It has been great to have them close. The kids love seeing Grandma and Grandpa Lantz more often.

Emily is now a big three year old and will be the first to tell you she is "getting bigger". She loves to talk and has learned her letters. She is such a good big sister and loves to help any way she can. She loves books and is very much like her daddy!

Brandon is always just one step behind Emily. If she is saying the alphabet, he is right there saying them too. Most of all, he loves football! He runs around and falls down...of course he was tackled...although you don't see the offensive line, they got him.

From the Lantz family...we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Blessed New Year.

Another year has past!

Four years ago today, Michael and Lexie started a journey. They knew this journey would be a long journey, and they knew that it would not always be a clear path and an easy road. They shared their joys and excitements with each other, but they also had their tears and frustrations to share. Through the years their small family grew from two, to three, to four.

Emily Nicole Lantz has grown so much...she knows her alphabet, and is learning her numbers. She loves to play on her laptop "just like daddy". She is full of questions and has lots to say!

Brandon Michael Lantz isn't far behind Emily, he's always at her heals! He likes to think he knows the alphabet too. His favorite thing is football! He loves to watch games with grandpa, and run, and fall, and throw anything shaped like a ball.

With all the excitement, the greatest blessing is that Michael is home to be with the kids and experience the joy of watching them grow. He works hard and long building the MonaVie Success Team. It is a passion of his to help people to improve their health while he also helps them to improve and reach their own dreams financially. The business is exciting and is a measure of accomplishment for Michael. He is a loving father and a hard working husband, who can and will accomplish many great things during his life.

The journey is not finished; there are many more chapters to come. Be sure to tune in often to watch as the Lantz Family blazes through the path of life!

Dec 5, 2005 - Well, now that I am 3 years old, I am learning my alphabet! I know all of my letters... hopefully I will learn how to read soon. - Emily

Mar 3, 2005 - I turned 1 year old on Feb 27. Come inside and see my pictures. Or, we can just have a staring contest. I bet you will blink first! - Brandon
